Navy-Clad Lawyer Tam Files Fraud Complaint Against Bum Pannada
Lawyer Sitthira 'Tam' Bia-bang-koet, dressed in a rented navy uniform, led nearly ten victims to the Central Investigation Bureau to file a fraud complaint against influencer Pannada 'Bum' Wongphudi. The donors allege they contributed over 370,000 baht combined for Hat Yai flood relief through Pannada's charitable organization, but the funds were allegedly misused to build a pool villa and purchase luxury goods. Police confirmed no navy personnel are involved in the case.

Victim 'Pat' said he transferred 2,000 baht for a promised 'Good Deed Organization' T-shirt but never received it. He commented that while people say not to kick someone when they're down, Bum is not a fallen person but a fraudster. They donated sincerely to help border regions and flood victims, yet the money bought brand names and built a pool villa — turning merit money into sin money.
Victim 'Amy' was heard with a trembling voice, near tears, because she deeply loved and respected Bum Pannada, having previously...
