Plaintiff Deposits Court Fees; Pexky Case Heads to Trial
A year-long court fee dispute in Pexky Sretunya's property division case with her ex-husband has been resolved, clearing the way for trial to begin in January.
After nearly a year of delays, entertainment personality Pexky Sretunya has announced that the plaintiff in her property division case with her ex-husband has finally deposited the required court fees. Pexky posted a video from the courthouse with her lawyer, captioning the update: "You can move forward... today the plaintiff has deposited the court fees... after almost a year of waiting... from here we fight it out in court... starting next January." The court had previously rejected the plaintiff's request for a fee waiver, ruling the case lacked merit for a free filing and ordering the plaintiff to post a bond. Entertainment peers and fans flooded the comments with support, encouraging her to fight on.
