BAAC Launches Digital Savings Lottery at 50 Baht

The Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) has launched the BAAC Digital Savings Lottery Plus at 50 baht per unit with monthly prizes worth 3 million baht, beginning September 17. Deputy Manager Paisal Hongthong announced that the bank is issuing 200 million units divided into 20 groups of 10 million units each, with a combined value of 10 billion baht. The deposit period is one year, and upon maturity, depositors receive 0.01 baht per unit in interest, equivalent to an annual interest rate of 0.02 percent. The lottery features a first-prize draw by group worth 3 million baht per month, and 19 non-group first prizes of 3,000 baht each, totaling 20 prizes monthly with a maximum monthly payout of 3,057,000 baht.

The BAAC Digital Savings Lottery Plus opens nationwide on September 17, 2026, with deposits available anytime and anywhere through the BAAC Mobile application on iOS and Android. Interest and prize money are tax-exempt for individuals. The first draw takes place on October 16, 2026, with subsequent draws on the 16th of each month (except January, when it is held on the 17th). Depositors who submit their lottery slips by the 15th of the month are eligible for that month's draw. Results and live broadcasts are available on www.baac.or.th, Facebook pages BAAC Thailand and BAAC Service with Care, and YouTube channel BAAC Thailand. Prize money is automatically transferred to depositors' linked savings accounts the day after each monthly draw.
