Officers stopped a six‑wheel truck on Highway 12 at kilometer 716 in Tambon Non Yang, Amphoe Sung Noen, Mukdahan Province after noticing the driver had an expired licence. The passenger, identified as Thongchai Puyauta, 44, from Tambon Lahansai, Amphoe Lahansai, Buriram Province, matched a Saraburi Provincial Court warrant (No. 71/2567 dated 21 March 2024) for joint fraud by impersonating another person and allowing others to use his bank account, electronic card or electronic money account. After confirming his identity, police read the warrant, informed him of his rights, and arrested him. He was transferred to the Sai Hai Police Station for further legal proceedings.
