Net operating profit for the quarter reached 180.8 million baht, up 37.9 percent, boosted by higher capacity payments from U.S. natural gas plants and lower financing costs.

First-half 2025 total revenue reached 1.905 billion baht, up 26.1 percent, driven by the district cooling system handover, strong hydropower and solar operations in Thailand and Laos, and growth in oil storage and port services following the commercial launch of the company's sustainable aviation fuel production facility and pipeline transport expansion.

A tragic car accident on August 5 at 6:30 p.m. claimed the life of 20-year-old Chalita Tongput, known as Nong Punch, a foster daughter of Kaeng Huai Rai. The Suzuki pickup truck, registered in Bangkok and driven by 21-year-old Jetthaniphath (surname withheld), flipped and fell into a roadside ditch on Wang Thong–Sak Laek Road in Wat Tai subdistrict, Bang Krathuem district, Phichit province. Rescue workers used cutting equipment to extract passengers from the vehicle.

Another passenger, Saranphorn (surname withheld), was injured and transferred to Bang Krathuem Hospital, while Chalita was pronounced dead at the scene. A breathalyzer test showed the driver had zero alcohol content. According to the driver's account, he was returning home to Sak Laek district after leaving Phitsanulok city when heavy rain and strong winds were present. Chalita's body was transferred to Phutthachinaarat Hospital in Phitsanulok for autopsy and cause-of-death examination. She was a third-year student at Phibulsongkhram Rajabhat University and was known for being hardworking and independent. She had been caring for herself and her younger sibling after losing her parents in the Siam Commercial Bank building collapse. Her aunt, 50-year-old Ratri, collected her body from the hospital to bring it home to Phichit province for religious rites. The accident remains under investigation using CCTV footage.

On August 6, 2025, at the Forensic Science Institute under Thailand's Ministry of Justice, Assistant Professor Dr. Worawee Waiyavudh, deputy director of the institute, disclosed the progress of Hulun Solo's autopsy. The autopsy was conducted in Thailand after the body was returned from Georgia, where a preliminary autopsy had already been performed. Doctors briefed the family and received permission to release findings to the media.

According to the preliminary results, no signs of physical trauma, bruising, injuries, broken bones, or organ abnormalities were detected on Hulun's body, with the exception of the heart. Georgia's examination was extensive, and further laboratory testing of heart tissue and genetic analysis is required. Regarding suspected causes related to circulatory failure, additional investigation is needed.

Dr. Worawee stated that the initial conclusion points to heart and circulatory system failure, but the investigation has not ruled out the possibility of toxic or chemical substances. The Ministry of Justice will request additional investigation data from Georgia, including toxicology results. This process will require time. "The preliminary finding is heart system failure, but we have not ruled out the possibility of various toxic and chemical substances," Dr. Worawee said. "Georgia's death certificate has not yet listed the official cause of death."
