Police Officer Honored for Youth Development Work

Police Lieutenant Colonel Sirikul Srisang received a royal award for contributions to children and youth during 2025 National Youth Day ceremonies held at the Centara Life Government Center and Convention Center on Chaengwattana Road in Bangkok. Royal Aide Amphorn Kittisomphorn, representing the King, presided over the opening ceremony and presented certificates to outstanding children and youth, as well as honors to individuals and organizations dedicated to youth development. The Department of Children and Youth Affairs, under the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, organized the event.

Sirikul was selected to receive the award in the individual category for social and community development, representing her sustained commitment to advancing children, youth, and Thai society. The award acknowledges her dedication to public service, particularly in strengthening communities, improving quality of life for young people, and building collaborative networks among government agencies, the private sector, and communities.
