KAMPHAENG PHET — 4 October 2026, a dog presumed dead revived on a rescue truck after volunteers were asked to remove its body for burial, leaving rescuers stunned and the internet amused. The odd moment was filmed and went viral, drawing over four million views overnight. Facebook user Namta Khon Lew shared the clip with the caption, “Help! A terrifying incident in broad daylight. Rescuers were haunted by a ghost dog.” The Kamphaeng Phet Khao Phap Rescue Association had been summoned by a resident to collect what looked like a dead dog and bury it. The animal was wrapped in white cloth and placed on the truck. About five minutes later it sprang to life, startling the volunteers, who joked they had been haunted. A reporter visited the association in Nakhon Chum subdistrict, Mueang district, and spoke with 53‑year‑old volunteer Theera Phuengphat. He said the event took place around 14:30 in Moo 1, behind Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University. A local had called for the rescue team to pick up a motionless male dog that seemed deceased. After wrapping it in white cloth and loading it onto the vehicle, the dog suddenly got up about five minutes later. The rescuers halted the truck, let the dog down, and it ran away. The video spread online, quickly gaining millions of views and comments. Theera said the strange episode left the team baffled and was the first such case they had ever seen.

Drawing on the party’s evolution from Future Forward through Move Forward to the People's Party, he said parties must avoid becoming entertainment‑focused, hyper‑political, exposé‑driven, or purely digital.
