Si Sa Ket province has confirmed its readiness to host the 52nd King's Cup football tournament from November 14-17 at the Ko Klang Nam Stadium. Si Sa Ket Sports Association President Siripong Angkaskulkiat, in his capacity as Deputy Transport Minister, alongside Chonlatee Kumyai-to, Director of the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) Si Sa Ket office, inspected the competition venue on November 7. They assessed cleanliness, facility readiness, and pitch condition to ensure the stadium is in perfect shape for the matches. This is the first time Si Sa Ket has hosted the King's Cup.

Siripong stated that Si Sa Ket is now highly ready to host the tournament. Despite a limited budget — most funds were allocated to planting and maintaining new grass — the province received strong community cooperation, especially from volunteers who completed painting the stadium in a single day. He expressed confidence in the operational management and said local residents are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Thai national team and visiting squads, as well as fans traveling from across the country.

"The stadium hosted the provincial U-17 youth championship final just 2-3 days ago, and the pitch remains in good condition. With about a week left for additional maintenance, the field will certainly be at its best by match day on November 14," he added.

The 23-member Thai national squad is scheduled to enter camp at the Novotel Future Park Rangsit on November 9 before traveling to Si Sa Ket on Thursday, November 12. Thailand will face Brunei in the semi-final on November 14 at 19:30, with live broadcasts on TrueVisions Now, Thairath TV, and Thairath Sport's Facebook and YouTube channels.
