On September 14, 2025, at the Election Commission office, Pol Lt Col Khamrop Pannayakaew, leader of the spare senators group, submitted what he said would be the final formal request in the contested senate election case. Khamrop stated that since the election ended, the group had repeatedly urged the EC to manage the process with integrity and that today marks the time for the matter to conclude; they have sent roughly one hundred letters to the EC, with this being the last. He emphasized that extensive evidence of fraud has been publicly disclosed and widely accepted, noting that 138 senators-elect have been accused and all received overwhelming vote counts, while one commissioner also faces pending allegations at the National Anti-Corruption Commission that contradicts principles of honesty. Khamrop expressed concern that EC members may have conflicts of interest or apparent integrity issues, contrary to their legal duty under the Organic Act on the Election Commission to uphold honest and fair administration. He appealed to the seven commissioners to record clear individual reasoning for each decision—whether supporting or opposing—both for public scrutiny and so they may exercise conscience and integrity based on the evidence presented.
