Supersports reinforces the success of its 'Supersports Football Galaxy' campaign, which has sparked World Cup 2026 enthusiasm nationwide and driven strong sales of authentic licensed football jerseys. The retailer is organizing a major event called 'Final Countdown with PiXXiE' to countdown to the quarter-finals.

Bangkok – Supersports, Thailand's leading sports retail brand under Central Retail, continues building a strong football community nationwide. The campaign has received overwhelming response from football fans across Thailand, boosted by intense World Cup 2026 competition, resulting in a significant surge in authentic national team jersey sales. Football has become a lifestyle connecting people across generations.

Following the successful launch of Supersports Football Galaxy at Central Ladprao, which received excellent response from sports fans, young people, and families, Supersports is expanding through road shows to three major provincial cities: Udon Thani, Chiang Mai, and Hat Yai in Songkhla. These events feature football activities and an exclusive Jersey Wall fashion exhibition, creating experiences for regional football fans while strengthening the football community nationwide.

To celebrate the critical stage of the World Cup 2026 before the quarter-final round, Supersports will host a major football event 'Supersports Football Galaxy: Final Countdown with PiXXiE' on July 10, 2026, from 10:00 to 21:00 at Eden 1 Plaza, CentralWorld. The event combines all major moments of world football in a single day with numerous exclusive activities, including:

● Free PiXXiE concert with special seating privileges for 80 front-row seats for participants in the 'Ball Exchange Raffle' activity ● Football Talk exploring World Cup competition with the theme 'The Final Stretch...Who Will Be World Champion?' featuring renowned football analysts including Opal All In, Yak DD, Tangkuy, Beam-Tichanun Deekrit (former goalkeeper and three-time consecutive Thai Women's League champion), and Tae-Charoensak Vongkran (famous Thai national footballer) ● Jersey Showcase displaying competition jerseys from all eight quarter-finalist teams, allowing fans to view authentic national team jerseys up close ● Fun activities from Supersports and world-class sports brands like adidas and PUMA, with games and prizes throughout the day

Viyada Boonraphakorn, Senior Assistant Managing Director of Marketing at C.R.C. Sport Co., Ltd. under Central Retail, stated: 'The World Cup 2026 is a significant driving force for the sports goods market in terms of consumer spending and participation. We are witnessing a shift in customer behavior from purchasing products to support their favorite teams to expressing identity through fashion, lifestyle, and participation in football community activities. Authentic football jerseys and Football Performance category products continue gaining popularity throughout the tournament.

For Supersports, we do not view the World Cup as merely a seasonal campaign, but as an opportunity to build long-term growth of the football business in Thailand by connecting products, experiences, and community together under the concept of 'The One for Football,' ensuring customers can find everything they need.
