On September 18, 2025, Suvarnabhumi Retail Development Limited (SRD) advanced its NAPA Village Suvarnabhumi project, positioning it as the only community mall within Suvarnabhumi Airport. Set to open in March 2027, it will offer dining, leisure, and comprehensive lifestyle amenities for the airport's working community.
Suvarnabhumi Airport functions as a city of its own, hosting over 60,000 workers and serving nearby residential areas and educational institutions at all levels. The mall's core purpose is to support the lifestyle of all these groups and become a new community hub for airport personnel.
The mall will occupy 4,700 square meters near the public transport hub, within five minutes of the passenger terminal. It will feature over 40 shops and restaurants, including well-known brands such as Chang Phuen Sukiyaki, SOL Coffee, One to Two, Rawmat Coffee, Oriental Speedbar, Yoguruto, Siam Bread, and Tea Master, alongside international chains like Xanzo Handmade Milk Tea, Lawson 108, and Anytime Fitness, which operates 24/7.
Access is provided via six free shuttle bus routes within the airport, plus a direct express route from the passenger terminal. External connectivity includes Thai Smile Bus services from across Bangkok (Rangsit, Minburi, Chatuchak, Don Mueang Airport) and intercity buses, plus EV charging stations for electric vehicles and taxis.
The mall will serve airport staff working around the clock, including government agencies, aviation radio, customs, immigration, and employees of Thai Airways, Airports of Thailand, airlines, and cargo-logistics companies—totaling over 60,000 workers. It also attracts approximately 3,700 daily cyclists from the in-airport Sky Lane Cycling facility.
Beyond workers, the mall serves as a dining and leisure destination for airport passengers and a new hangout for nearby residents and students. Its location connects numerous housing developments within a five-kilometer radius and sits on a major route between King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) and Assumption University's Suvarnabhumi campus.
