Thailand's Data Agency Seeks User Feedback on Website Upgrade
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee is surveying users on its website to improve accessibility and usability across the PDPC's services related to data protection laws and regulations.
The Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) is inviting the public, business sector, government agencies, and all website users to share their feedback and suggestions about www.pdpc.or.th through an online survey. This input will be analyzed and used to develop the website into an efficient, user-friendly digital service that better meets the needs of all users across multiple dimensions.
Pol. Col. Surpong Plengkham, Secretary-General of the PDPC, stated that the office prioritizes elevating public services through digital channels. The website www.pdpc.or.th serves as the primary platform for disseminating news, legal information, practice guidelines, knowledge resources, and various services related to the 2019 Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The site attracts continuous users from the public sector, business sector, government agencies, and various organizations.
Currently, the PDPC website offers comprehensive services including complaint filing under personal data protection law, legal consultation, data breach reporting, PDPC e-learning courses, and much more. It supports equal access to information and government services for all groups.
The website has been developed to accommodate visually impaired users, the elderly, and vulnerable groups through functions that facilitate ease of use, ensuring all can access PDPC information, rights, and services conveniently, accurately, and equally.
"Feedback from every user is valuable because it helps the PDPC develop a website that better serves real-world usage needs—from information access and search convenience to speed of use and user-friendly design for all groups," the Secretary-General noted.
He added that this feedback initiative is part of Thailand's digital-era public service development strategy, which emphasizes listening to citizens and implementing concrete service improvements based on user suggestions. The goal is to make the PDPC website a comprehensive, efficient, and modern hub for personal data protection information that serves all users.
The PDPC invites the public to complete the survey about www.pdpc.or.th, which takes approximately 5 minutes. The survey is open from today through July 20, 2026, at https://forms.gle/LNaQKXnVyNUPhjHc9
