Khwan explained that she was jogging with her fan club team that morning when the man approached her. At first she thought he was a fan, but he repeatedly said "in three months" and claimed her words would have to change. She was confused about his meaning and initially didn't think it related to another person. The man repeated this phrase seven times and challenged her to go file a police complaint. He also mentioned a retired police officer and a politician whose names he wouldn't reveal.
Khwan was fortunate that an acquaintance who was a police officer was also jogging nearby. When the officer saw the situation, he intervened and asked the man for his ID card. The man claimed he would retrieve it from his car and then disappeared.
Regarding the cryptic "three months" comment, Khwan said she has no idea what he meant or why he kept insisting her words would change. She characterized his behavior as threatening, not well-intentioned. She expressed great fear over the incident but vowed to fight back. She called on supporters to help protect her, noting the alarming discovery that the man lives very close to her—only a few alleys away.
