AIS Sport Academy Partners Universities for Sports Creator Training Program
AIS Sport Academy launched the second 'Creator on the Pitch' program with Chulalongkorn University and North Bangkok University, training students to become sports content creators. Participants learned from industry experts like DEXTER CEO Jira Yu Ajasamang and TikTok award-winning creator Bright Raikaimuk, then applied skills during a Thai League 3 match at Thephasadin Stadium. The initiative aims to develop digital storytelling talent and support local football growth.
AIS Sport Academy continues its mission to develop the next generation of talent in the sports industry by organizing the second edition of 'AIS Academy x CU: Creator on the Pitch – From the Sidelines to the World of Real Sports Content,' in collaboration with Chulalongkorn University and Chamchuri United Football Club. The project opens opportunities for students from Chulalongkorn University and North Bangkok University to learn from leading experts and famous influencers, then gain real-world work experience at a Thai League 3 match between Chamchuri United and North Bangkok University at Thephasadin Stadium on October 31, 2026. The program aims to enhance digital communication skills and transform creative thinking into future career paths.
The project operates under the concept of creating a new generation of 'Sports Creators' to provide out-of-classroom learning spaces for students from both institutions. It focuses on developing sports content production capabilities, storytelling, and professional application of digital technology for news presentation, alongside promoting income-generating opportunities in the football industry and expanding the network of local communicators to convey club and community stories to a wider audience.
Key highlights include knowledge sharing from leading figures in sports media and marketing, starting with 'Golf' Jira Yu Ajasamang, CEO of DEXTER and MAIN STAND, an expert in sports media creation and marketing, who shared perspectives on developing content for modern audiences and deep-diving into communication processes that create value and business opportunities. This was followed by 'Bright Raikaimuk,' a famous football content creator and winner of the TikTok Awards Storyteller of the Year 2025, who shared techniques for fun, engaging, and distinctive storytelling on social media platforms.
Beyond theoretical learning, participants from both universities experienced the atmosphere of professional football competition up close through on-field filming and content production during the match between Chamchuri United and North Bangkok University. They applied knowledge from speakers to real situations, from planning angles and capturing footage to conveying game stories and emotions, creating media in their own style while practicing workflows applicable to their future careers.
This collaboration reflects AIS Sport Academy's commitment to using sports as a learning and digital talent development space by connecting academic knowledge with industry expert experience, while supporting local football growth for greater attention. It marks another important step in expanding opportunities for the new generation to discover their potential and prepare sustainably for the sports content workplace.
