Aurelian Group Reveals 30 Billion Baht Portfolio Across Diversified Industries
Aurelian Group, led by major shareholder Dr. Nathawut Wongneam, unveiled a 30 billion baht business portfolio spanning 42 companies across seven sectors including energy, real estate, logistics, manufacturing, and food operations.
Following the grand launch of Aurelian Group at the Aswin Grand Convention five-star hotel on August 17, 2026, reporters have investigated the business empire. Aurelian Group and the AG business cluster operate from Spring Tower M9, Phayathai Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok, with 42 companies sharing combined registered capital of 210 million baht. Dr. Nathawut Wongneam, the major shareholder who has fully paid his stake, founded and leads the group as managing director. The 42 companies span multiple industries across an integrated value chain from upstream to downstream operations.
According to records filed with the Business Development Department under the Commerce Ministry, the group's total combined assets are valued at approximately 30 billion baht.
The conglomerate operates across seven main sectors: Energy & Infrastructure, covering energy, clean energy, renewable energy, utilities, and long-term infrastructure investment; Property & Asset Management, handling real estate buying, selling, development, office buildings, commercial spaces, and property leasing; Commerce, Retail & E-Commerce, encompassing retail, wholesale, e-commerce, marketplaces, import-export, distribution, and brand development; Logistics & Supply Chain, providing transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and domestic and international logistics support; Industrial & Manufacturing, operating factories, production facilities, OEM/ODM services, machinery, raw materials, and processing; Agriculture & Agri-Business, covering farming, agricultural raw materials, food processing, supply, and technology; and Food & Restaurant, managing restaurants, quick-service chains, food brands, franchises, and expansion.
