All 11 projects will be connected through an integrated transportation system featuring EV boats, EV trams, and walking paths.
The strategy aims to boost tourism, cultural experiences, and lifestyle offerings while maximizing visitor flow between assets within the portfolio. Future expansion plans beyond 2030 include Asiatique Pattaya, a new phase in Pattaya, and the Golden Triangle development in Chiang Rai province.
