Body of Hlun Solo Sent for Autopsy Before Return to Kalasin
The body of Bowortat Pungsuk, known as Hlun Solo, arrived at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport and was transported to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for autopsy before returning to his hometown in Kalasin Province for religious ceremonies.
The family of Bowortat Pungsuk, known as Hlun Solo, transported his body from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Institute of Forensic Medicine to undergo autopsy and determine the cause of death, before returning it to his hometown in Kalasin Province. At 8:00 a.m. on August 6, 2025, the body arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport aboard Turkish Airlines flight TK58 at 5:00 a.m. Officials transferred the body from the airport's customs checkpoint using a white Toyota Alphard, with the airport providing convoy support throughout the journey. The procession included representatives from Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Political Science, Foreign Ministry officials, and Hlun Solo's siblings, who accompanied the body for the forensic examination at the Institute of Forensic Medicine under the Justice Ministry before returning it to his birthplace for religious ceremonies. The transfer proceeded smoothly with traffic management and security coordination from relevant authorities, amid the somber atmosphere surrounding the family and procession members. The body will make its final journey home for merit-making ceremonies according to religious traditions.
