Preliminary examination by Thailand's Institute of Forensic Medicine found characteristics resembling old inflammation in the heart muscle, which could affect heart function abnormally, but further data from Georgia is needed to reach a clear conclusion.
Somkot Botsri, the older brother of Hlun Solo, posted an update on his Facebook page Klose Mos stating that the institute is coordinating with prosecutors to obtain detailed autopsy information from Georgia. The family does not yet know the status of Georgia's investigation or autopsy procedures, and no clear timeline has been provided for when results or additional information will be available. The Thai embassy is continuously coordinating with Georgian authorities but has provided no detailed updates or timeframe to the family.
Among the deceased's possessions, only his passport has been returned with his body. The family understands that Georgia's investigation process may take time and is awaiting formal information from relevant agencies. According to the institute's analysis, old heart muscle inflammation could result from multiple causes, including blocked coronary arteries, autoimmune disorders, or arrhythmia leading to blood deprivation of the heart tissue.
