Wasnan had gone up to perform a routine check of the crane and its rigging when he slipped and fell into the moving cable drum. The heavy cable pulled him in, wrapping around him tightly and causing fatal injuries. Police have gathered evidence and are interviewing witnesses to determine the exact cause of the accident.
