Suphachai Chearavanont positions CP COE as a learning lab connecting people and technology to create social value. Charoen Pokphand Group's CP Innovation Center of Excellence (CP COE) announced collaboration with 30 technology partners, integrating knowledge, expertise, and technology with real business challenges to develop future talent and co-create innovations. Suphachai Chearavanont, Senior Vice Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group, emphasized technology partners as a vital force for organizational transformation, aiming to make CP COE a shared experimentation and learning space to scale practical innovations benefiting business, the nation, and global society. The partnership announcement took place at the CP Innovation Exposition 2026 on October 20, 2026, at True Digital Park West, with executives and representatives from all 30 partner organizations committing to drive the tech and future workforce ecosystem.

Suphachai Chearavanont stated, "Technology partners are a crucial force that co-think, co-create, and support Charoen Pokphand Group's adaptation for resilience, enabling continuous invention and innovation. Connecting knowledge and capabilities of people from each organization is a fundamental foundation for making an innovation ecosystem a reality." "I sincerely hope the CP Innovation Center of Excellence becomes a lab, a platform for us to experiment together, to fail small and fail often within our lab, within our sandbox, and then co-create things that change the world together, making this world more livable, better, and happier," Suphachai added.

CP COE launched in 2025 at True Digital Park, initiated and driven by Suphachai, to serve as a platform linking people, knowledge, technology, innovation, and real business challenges. It opens space for tech companies, universities, research institutes, and businesses both domestic and international to jointly develop knowledge, talent, and innovation.

Under this approach, CP-CoEX functions as a learning and co-creation mechanism under CP COE, connecting knowledge and technology with organizational real-world problems through hands-on practice, expert exchange, and cross-organizational work, turning learning into applicable capabilities that solve problems and deliver real results.

The diversity of businesses within the group — spanning agriculture and food, retail, telecommunications, and digital technology — provides a critical foundation of challenges from multiple industries, while all 30 partners contribute knowledge, technology, and experience to jointly develop new approaches and scale them into applications. Collaboration directions cover AI and digital technology, future food and health, and technology for sustainability.

Suphachai spoke to the heart of innovation: "It must be doing something new that works in practice, and importantly, must create value, linking to Charoen Pokphand Group's values, especially the 'Three Benefits' principle. Innovation must therefore consider the value created for customers, partners, the nation, citizens, and global society." Simultaneously, the teachings of Dhanin Chearavanont, Senior Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group, were conveyed, comparing today's time investment to planting trees that will grow and bear fruit in the future, reflecting the group's long-term vision.
