Frasers Develops 2,000-Acre Industrial Estate in EEC

Frasers Property Thailand is strengthening its business by creating a new industrial estates and cities division under Frasers Property Industrial Estate to capitalize on future investment trends. CEO Hua Tieng Lim announced that the company will continue to enhance its capabilities and experience in industrial real estate development to support the growth of high-value industries and capture new investment opportunities in Thailand.

Under this structure, Frasers Property Industrial Estate will manage the Araya – The Eastern Gateway project and develop new industrial estates and cities to expand Frasers Property Thailand's comprehensive real estate development portfolio. The expansion builds on the company's experience and expertise in industrial and logistics real estate development, supporting global entrepreneurs in accessing investment opportunities and expanding business in Thailand and the ASEAN region.
