PHUKET – Two foreign tourists caught stealing goods at a 7-Eleven in Patong are also accused of stealing a pair of trousers worth 1,595 baht from a clothing shop in Rawai, according to the shop owner, who provided CCTV footage. Facebook user Siriyapron Nina Sujitra, who posted the original video of the pair at the convenience store, said the shop owner reached out to her through Instagram to share the details. According to Siriyapron, the shop owner said the woman acted as a lookout while the man took the trousers, and the owner is now trying to locate the pair. In her post, Siriyapron noted that the tourists had repeatedly stolen goods and described footage that appeared to show them tapping each other’s hands after the incident. The latest report follows a viral video showing the same man and woman at a 7-Eleven in Patong, where Siriyapron said she saw them placing products into their bags and alerted store staff, who found the items on them. The tourists paid for the items and were allowed to leave without police being called, according to her account. The clothing shop owner provided CCTV footage to support her claim, but it remains unclear whether the incident has been reported to police.
