Bangkok to Host Major Gaming Festival Oct 29–Nov 1
Southeast Asia's largest gaming festival returns to Bangkok October 29–November 1, featuring major brands, indie developers, and gaming legends like DOOM creator John Romero across four halls at Sirikit Convention Centre.
Gamescom Asia and Thailand Game Show 2026 will unfold across four halls at Sirikit Convention Centre from October 29 to November 1 under the theme "The Heart of Gaming." Three major industry players—Koelnmesse, Show No Limit, and Online Station (True Corporation)—are partnering with Thailand's Digital Economy Promotion Agency to deliver the largest gaming industry event in Southeast Asia.
Organizers announced the expansion will feature world-leading game brands in dedicated entertainment zones, expanded international pavilions for networking and business matching, support for indie developers through dedicated indie and Thailand pavilions, and appearances by gaming legends including John Romero, creator of DOOM. The event will also run alongside the Anime Asia Comics Content Entertainment Expo to strengthen the gaming and pop culture ecosystem. Last year's edition drew over 200,000 visitors, demonstrating Thailand's pivotal role in Asia's creative economy and cementing Bangkok as the region's creative and gaming hub.
