Thailand's national women's volleyball team, competing as S Kola with mostly rising national stars, outperformed Philippine club NXLED Chameleons to claim the PVL Invitational Conference 2026 championship in the final on September 8 in Quezon City, Philippines. The first set was closely contested, but Thailand proved more solid in blocking and scoring to win 25-22 and take a 1-0 set lead. In the second set, Thailand got off to an excellent start while NXLED Chameleons fought back and tried to accelerate their scoring, but Thailand ultimately won 25-21 to extend their lead to 2-0 sets. The third set remained competitive with both teams attacking aggressively and the score staying tight throughout, but the Philippine players made several mistakes down the stretch, allowing S Kola to win 25-19 and clinch the championship.
