Gourmet Eats by The Mall Group launches the Gourmet Mooncake Festival 2026 to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, centered on "The Process" concept that conveys the science and art behind mooncake creation, from cultural roots and ingredient selection through production to the meaning of gifting.

The campaign unfolds across four dimensions: The Art of Heritage, showcasing traditional recipes from Gok Jai restaurant, the originator of durian custard mooncakes; The Process of Precision from Mandarin Oriental Bangkok; The Process of Innovation from Kyo Roll En, created with three-Michelin-star chef Hideaki Sato from Hong Kong, featuring four special flavors; and The Process of Giving from Siam Kempinski Bangkok in collaboration with artist Yoon-Pamphath Techamedakul.

The festival gathers mooncakes from over 50 leading hotels, restaurants, and bakery brands, including Lady M New York, The Peninsula Bangkok, Dusit Thani Bangkok, The Athenee Hotel Bangkok, Chiang Rai, and Holiday Pastry. Running from today through September 25, 2026, the festival is held at multiple locations: Gourmet Eats at Paragon Department Store, EmQuartier, EmPorio, The Mall LifeStore branches, The Mall Korat, Gourmet Market at Design Village Samut Prakan, Bang Na, and Lad Phrao MRT Station.
