Norwegian striker Erling Haaland's teenage rap track has been remixed by DJ Kygo and released on Spotify, with the footballer joking he's now officially an artist.
Norwegian striker Erling Braut Haaland is delighted after renowned Norwegian DJ Kygo remixed his rap song and released it on Spotify.
Haaland is delivering a scorching performance in World Cup 2026 qualifying, having already scored 7 goals. His impressive form has generated worldwide interest from football fans in stories related to him, including his musical work. During his teenage years, he collaborated on rap tracks with friends as part of a group called Flowkingz.
The track in question is titled "Kygo Jo," on which Haaland, who goes by the rap alias "Lyng," showcased his rapping skills. Now, renowned Norwegian DJ Kygo has remixed the song and released it on streaming platform Spotify.
Following the release, Haaland posted a thank you message to the DJ, writing: "Thank you @kygomusic. Does this mean I'm officially an artist now?"
