Volleyball fans gathered for the "JAS x MONO FAN CONNECT: AVC Champions Trophy Road to Olympic 2028" event organized by Jasmin International Public Company Limited and Monomax at Jasmin International Building on Chaeng Watthana Road. The AVC Champions Trophy represents the most significant achievement in Thai women's volleyball history. Thailand's national team made history by winning the 2026 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship, and this victory earned the country direct qualification to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games—marking Thailand's first Olympic appearance in women's volleyball. The trophy now symbolizes national pride, determination, and a new chapter in Thai sports history.
Executives from JAS and MONO attended the event, including Bannsit Rukwong, Chief Operating Officer of Mono Next; Netrapanit Potharakul, Head of Program Production; Hathaitip Muttajui, Director of Monomax; and Patmanan Panprasert, Director of Business Data and Analysis at Jasmin International. Thai national team player Song-Wiphawi Srithong shared her experiences and the journey behind the team's success, inspiring fans to support the athletes on their path to the 2028 Olympics.
A highlight of the event was allowing volleyball fans to touch and photograph the real AVC Champions Trophy, creating memorable moments of pride and connection to Thailand's sporting achievement. Youth volleyball players from Thailand's U17 and U18 national teams also participated, meeting their senior teammates. The program brought together professional athletes, young prospects, fans, and coaches to celebrate the victory and inspire the next generation of Thai volleyball players.
