She denied allegations made by her son on a television program that there was a secret deal with the Health Service Support Office 5, and praised the former office director as a good official who should not be transferred. She said she is willing to appear again on the show to clarify the facts.
On October 9, 2026, the owner, known as Aunt Maeow, said she welcomes businesspeople or anyone interested in investing in an elderly care home to contact her, because the Sothorchai Nursing Home already has everything needed. She reiterated that if a suitable investor comes forward, she is ready to sell immediately. She also denied that her son, nicknamed Japan, had given accurate information when he appeared on the talk show 'Hone Krasae', claiming there was a secret arrangement between the nursing home and the Health Service Support Office 5. She affirmed that throughout Director Naina's tenure, the official inspected her facility thoroughly and described Naina as a good person who should not be transferred because of this issue. She added she is willing to appear on the program again to set the record straight and defend Naina once more.
