Origin Vertical Corporation is ramping up real estate sales through online channels, especially social media and social commerce, to capture year-end market momentum. The company is preparing live shopping events on Lazada featuring influencers Amy and Bonnie to promote projects, present special pricing, deals, and benefits to interested homebuyers and condominium purchasers. The sales approach will emphasize bundled deals and promotional codes before directing customers to project sites to close transactions.

The company views influencer involvement as a key marketing tool to expand brand awareness beyond traditional sales channels and boost sales during critical periods. The campaign is expected to generate an additional 200 million baht in sales over two weeks of activity. Origin Vertical has been leveraging social media since the previous year, requiring sales staff to manage their own social media channels as part of performance targets to create content and reach customers directly.

Social media sales now account for approximately 30 percent of total revenue, driven through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and video content, with Bangkok remaining the primary market for online-channel sales. For the 50th Home and Condo Fair running from October 29 to November 1, the company will showcase projects currently for sale with special pricing and promotions, combining offline events with online channels to maximize reach during year-end.

The SO Origin Siriraj project is 100 percent complete and units are being transferred to buyers. Built on approximately 1.2 rai near Fai Chai intersection, 70 meters from the Blue Line MRT station, the 19-story high-rise condominium comprises 256 units worth approximately 1.3 billion baht, starting at 4.9 million baht per unit. The company will focus on developing existing projects in 2025 and managing current inventory, while exploring expansion opportunities in Phuket and Rayong in 2026 based on market conditions and purchasing power.
