Origin Property Plc (ORI) is moving to differentiate itself in the real estate market by partnering with Samitivej Hospital to elevate the Origin Thonglor World project into a community that connects residences with comprehensive healthcare services, aiming to meet new-generation consumers who prioritize long-term quality of life.

On November 5, 2026, Thanakorn Wutthipong, Chief Executive Officer of the International Business Division at Origin Property Plc (ORI), revealed that the company is extending its residential development strategy beyond mere living space. By collaborating with Samitivej Hospital, they are launching healthcare services under the name "HEALTHY COMMUNITY THONGLOR" to create a Community Ecosystem linking residence with healthcare under the concept "A Healthier Way to Live, Together."

This collaboration debuts in the Origin Thonglor World project, covering three residential zones: Origin Courtyard Thonglor, Origin Glasshouse Thonglor, and Origin Prestige Thonglor, with the goal of elevating living standards to encompass both space quality and residents' long-term quality of life.

As Community Health Partner, Samitivej Hospital provides Health Concierge services, Preventive Health, Sports Medicine, and Longevity Programs promoting healthy aging, bringing medical expertise into residents' daily lives.

Additionally, ORI plans to expand cooperation with related business partners to develop a Health Ecosystem covering fitness, food, wellness, hospitality, and technology, plus health-promoting activities accessible within the community.

Dr. Thidakarn Rujiwatthananukul, Deputy Director of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital and Business Development Director of the Samitivej and BNH Hospital Group, stated that healthcare's role today extends beyond treating illness to preventive care — from risk assessment and behavior modification to personalized healthcare design to extend healthspan.

The collaboration with ORI brings medical services and expertise into community living, giving residents more convenient and continuous healthcare access, covering both in-project health services and activities on special occasions, plus access to Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital services and emergency ambulance for inpatient cases.

Samitivej Hospital also offers a "Divine Elite 3 Years + Longevity Package" granting residents three years of continuous health benefits, including Comprehensive Annual Check-up, Lifestyle Option Check-up focusing on anti-aging and physical performance, Preventive Check-up covering genetic levels, and Exclusive Privileges with hospital service discounts, providing two rights per unit for a three-year period.
