Legal Advisor Oy Sree Urges PM to Probe Do Good Foundation
Legal advisor Boonyanuch "Oy Sree" Saengsri filed a complaint at Government House urging Prime Minister Anutin to investigate the Do Good Foundation and other charities for potential misuse of public donations. She denied personal motives, called for scrutiny of donor and recipient intent, and vowed to provide additional evidence to police despite facing counter-scrutiny over her business arrangements.
On November 3, 2026, at the Government House complaint center, Ms. Boonyanuch Saengsri, also known as Oy Sree, owner of a legal consulting firm and representative of alleged victims, submitted a petition to Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and the Interior Minister requesting an investigation into the operations of the Do Good Foundation led by Ms. Panadda Wongphudee.
Ms. Boonyanuch stated she wants officials and the public to understand that the investigation should extend beyond just the Do Good Foundation. She does not want the focus to be on the specific amounts each person transferred as donations, but rather on the intent of both givers and receivers — whether the recipients genuinely intended to use the funds according to their stated purposes. She noted past damages from solicitation behaviors, making it the duty of state officials to protect citizens, and urged examination of many other foundations that collect public money to verify proper use.
Ms. Boonyanuch said several victims, including well-known figures, have contacted her, worried about reputational damage, but she remains unconcerned even though she faces scrutiny over her company registration and office lease. She clarified the office belongs to former Palang Pracharath MP Sira Jenjaka, who has fully explained the arrangement and is not involved in these matters. She will provide further statements and evidence to the Crime Suppression Division. If she meets Ms. Panadda, she will greet her respectfully but will not apologize, insisting her call for a straightforward investigation stems from facts, not anger, to establish the truth.
"Stop the drama. The more drama, the more I want to act. The more you love your people, the more you want to prove them innocent," Ms. Boonyanuch said.
