Thailand's Chosen One 2026 Finals to Feature Spectacular Live MV Performances

Get ready for a major entertainment milestone as Thailand's Chosen One 2026 finals take place—a competition to find the sole artist to represent Thailand at the Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026. The final will air live nationwide on Channel 3 and online via 3Plus on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Centerpoint Studio in Bangkok.

This marks another significant competition in Thailand's music industry, distinguished by a new format in which contestants will perform songs through an entirely redesigned "Live MV" presentation. Every element—concept, visuals, lighting, sound, and direction—has been crafted to turn each performance into a music video on stage, while communicating Thai music's unique identity to viewers worldwide.

Top Thai artists across diverse styles will compete, including Gam Wichayanee, Jetset'er, JMNK, Mang and Daou from bamm with Tao U from the band, Monica, Retrospect, Tigger and Tara from Viis, Wonderframe, and Zom Marie, plus a mystery artist known as "the handsome wolf brother" who will surprise supporters. The event will also feature a special highlight performance by legendary rock star Seoklosole.

Judging will assess vocal quality, interpretation, creativity, and audience communication ability. A panel of national experts includes Radklao Amaradith, Maneenuch Samorsut (Uan), Anont Sailaeng (Pu Blackhead), Anuwat Songwonsak (Boy Peacemaker), and Tharan Liptapallap (Tarn Lipta). Scoring comprises 40% from judges, 40% from domestic audience votes, and 20% from international viewer votes cast during the live broadcast.
