Multiple incidents have been reported, with the man pursuing students even after they tried to avoid his usual route.
On September 8, a 35-year-old mother of two daughters, ages 15 and 12, shared her account with news outlets. When school resumed in June, both daughters began commuting using the Airport Rail Link and minibus, exiting at Ramkhamhaeng station and walking along a canal path to catch a connecting minibus to school. The older daughter first reported encountering a man who rolled down his car window and waved at her around 6-8 a.m. When she realized he was exposing himself, she ignored him and hurried away before warning her younger sister.
The younger daughter faced similar advances but attempted to avoid the route. On September 1, she switched to taking a boat instead, only to have the man board the same vessel. The following day, he followed her again at the pier, shouting questions about where she was going. His persistence frightened her deeply, particularly because he had apparently learned which school she attended.
The mother noted that when her husband escorts the daughters, they do not encounter these incidents. She stressed that the perpetrator targets multiple women and girls, particularly schoolchildren. After initially calling Khlong Tan Police Station, which promised to patrol the area, the mother had her daughters gather evidence. When incidents continued, she filed a formal complaint with video documentation.
The mother urged authorities to take firm action so the man will be too frightened to offend again. She emphasized that children exposed to such experiences suffer psychological harm, and though some dismiss it as trivial, victims live with ongoing trauma and vigilance.
