A woman jogger has reported being stalked by a man who first exposed himself while she was running near Chachoengsao Provincial Hall on the evening of September 13. The suspect, described as a thin, tall man with dark skin wearing a blue sport shirt numbered 17 and riding a motorcycle, parked nearby and engaged in indecent exposure behavior. The following day, after the woman completed her jog and was heading back to her rented room on a motorcycle, she spotted the same man in an identical blue numbered shirt pulling down his athletic shorts outside a minimart near her route. Suspecting she was being followed, she rode quickly back to her room but discovered the suspect had trailed her and was hiding near the rear stairs of the residential building, where he again exposed himself before leaving the area. Terrified by the incident, the woman filed a report at Muang Chachoengsao Police station with CCTV footage as evidence and requested help issuing a public warning to female runners, especially those exercising alone in the evening, while urging officers to investigate and take legal action against the suspect to prevent similar incidents.
