CJ MORE Partners with Coca-Cola Thailand on Recycling Program
CJ MORE and Coca-Cola Thailand expand recycling collection points across 2,100+ stores nationwide, making it easier for customers to participate in the sixth year of the "Coke Invites Sorting, Win Your Luck" campaign with prizes and voucher
Recycling becomes effective only when sorting and passing on used materials is easy for ordinary people to do in daily life. Recently, CJ MORE has partnered with Coca-Cola Thailand to drive a sustainability project supporting packaging recycling through participation in the sixth year of the "Coke Invites Sorting, Win Your Luck" campaign with Trash Lucky, under the concept of "Making recycling fun." The partnership expands recycling collection points at CJ MORE branches to reach more communities.
Rather than simply increasing collection points, this collaboration brings environmental awareness into spaces where people regularly shop, aligning with CJ MORE's role as a community retail hub and Coca-Cola Thailand's effort to promote circular packaging systems in Thailand.
Nophon Tangjitpiyanont, Executive Vice President of CJ Express Group, said that CJ MORE operates over 2,100 branches nationwide and emphasizes community engagement and integration into people's daily lives, while continuously driving community growth. Beyond retail operations, CJ MORE prioritizes environmental responsibility and sustainable resource use, viewing store locations as more than shopping destinations—as spaces where community members can participate in positive initiatives. This philosophy reflects CJ MORE's commitment to this partnership, as placing recycling points in accessible, familiar locations reduces the gap between recycling intention and action.
Through the "Coke Invites Sorting, Win Your Luck" campaign in its sixth year, CJ MORE connects the program to communities by leveraging its widespread branch network and community-focused activities to make recycling more accessible. CJ MORE also supports the campaign with 300 gift vouchers worth 100 baht each for Lucky Draw prizes, increasing customer participation. The company is also planning with Coca-Cola Thailand to expand recycling collection points in CJ MORE branches and continue supporting systematic recycling in Thailand.
Pundarika Susantthitpong, Assistant Vice President of Public Relations, Communications and Sustainability at Thai Beverage Corporation Public Company Limited, stated that Coca-Cola Thailand has operated in the country for 67 years and prioritizes sustainability across all dimensions through its "Our Choice, Our Future!" strategy. A key initiative is supporting the collection of used packaging for recycling, with Coca-Cola Thailand and the broader Coca-Cola business group in Thailand driving the "Coke Invites Sorting" campaign.
