NACC Files Kamala Land Fraud Case After 15 Years
The National Anti-Corruption Commission has referred a 15-year-old case involving fraudulent land titles issued within Phuket's Kamala Hills National Forest Reserve to prosecutors for criminal charges.
PHUKET: After 15 years, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) will forward a case involving the alleged unlawful issuance of two land title deeds inside the Kamala Hills National Forest Reserve to the Attorney General for criminal prosecution.
