Anyone who does something should take responsibility for it themselves! New Napasorn said she was shocked to be dragged into the news, insisting it's not her matter, choosing to focus on family and make life happier after talking with her husband. She also revealed she continues to develop herself, practicing new singing styles, amid swirling rumors about a famous couple facing a third‑party issue. The rumors pointed to a handsome actor known for his family image, a famous singer husband allegedly flirting with a businesswoman, which led netizens to link her and her husband Peck Premrat. On September 30, New attended the free concert celebrating the 24th anniversary of Nineentertain at Park Paragon, Siam Paragon, where she gave an interview about the situation. She confirmed the rumors linking her family did not affect her mentally, noting many people were concerned and misunderstood. She said she had spoken with her husband and would ignore things that aren’t true because she doesn’t want to waste time on negativity, preferring to focus on family and enjoyable work. Regarding the flood situation, she admitted she was shocked and worried because her home is in a risk area. On her music career, she said she continues to take both front‑stage and behind‑the‑scenes work. Asked if she’s working more these days, she replied she still gets singing jobs but doesn’t meet fans as often as before, doing both on‑stage and off‑stage activities, and added that people still think of her as “New Jiew”. When asked about a possible comeback, she said each of them is currently working on personal projects and they’ll reunite when the time is right, while still communicating normally and trying new things they haven’t done before. New Napasorn stressed she never stops improving herself, training in new genres. Asked about returning to work as a mother after a break, she said she needs to shake off the rust, practicing singing, updating music trends, and learning new styles to stay relevant across generations. On whether work has become harder because everything changes quickly, she noted the ease with which anyone can become a singer nowadays, with many AI singers appearing; she said she takes ideas and adapts them to herself, using them only as a guide. Regarding long‑term concerns, she expressed that Thai audiences still prefer genuine live singers, but shared that during a trip to Hong Kong she saw AI artists being embraced and promoted, adding that it depends on listeners’ perspectives; if they want to support local artists, those artists should be encouraged to practice and improve. When asked about the current flood situation, she said she was startled by the news while abroad, with no one at home, hearing that the canal near her house was close to overflowing, and she anxiously waited each day, accepting that if damage occurred it was unavoidable, but upon returning she found things still okay, noting her home remains in a risk zone. On precautions, she agreed that the weather is unpredictable, warning not only of rain but also of landslides and road subsidence, urging everyone to prepare, recalling fears similar to the 2011 floods, though she noted it didn’t flood that time either, and said she would keep seeking ways to protect herself and help others. Regarding earlier worries that the rumors might affect her mentally, she said there is no impact; if any news makes her feel bad, she chooses to ignore it because she values herself more than that.
