On September 7, 2026, Nanwan Limited (Thai Obayashi) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the O-MESH Ratchadamri Project, an 8-billion-baht mixed-use development covering approximately 6 rai in the Ratchadamri area near the BTS Ratchadamri station. The project comprises Grade A office space, a hotel, and retail areas, and will feature LRV (Left-Right-Vertical) Technology for the first time in Thailand to enhance construction efficiency, quality control, and reduce labor, construction waste, and environmental impact.
Pornchai Sittiyakorn, Managing Director of Nanwan Limited, explained that O-MESH Ratchadamri stems from the company's long-standing connection to the Ratchadamri area, where it maintained offices for about 30 years. The project aims to preserve this historically significant location while applying the company's expertise in real estate management under the concept of competing on quality rather than price. The groundbreaking ceremony marks a concrete milestone reflecting the project's readiness in design, architecture, and engineering, with comprehensive preparation before construction begins.
A key innovation is the integration of LRV Technology with Steel Framing and Reinforced Concrete structures, where components are prefabricated and assembled on-site, improving efficiency and reducing construction waste, dust, and noise.
