PD House Sees Q3 Surge and Unveils Six Home Designs
PD House reported a 38% quarter‑on‑quarter and 30% year‑on‑year increase in home‑construction bookings for Q3 2026, with foreign‑married Thai customers now making up 35% of sales. The company plans to launch six new single‑story house designs in Q4 to meet demand for flood‑damaged homes, while watching rising energy and material costs.
On October 8, 2026, Jirapha Suwannasut, CEO of PD House International Limited, said bookings for home construction in the second half of 2026 are expected to outpace the first half, in line with the Thai Home Builders Association’s earlier forecast. She noted that Q3 2026 bookings rose 38% compared with Q2 and 30% compared with the same period last year. The company also observed a shift in its customer base, with foreign nationals married to Thai spouses now accounting for 35% of total bookings, reflecting confidence in PD House’s construction quality and long‑term residency options.
Jirapha highlighted three key reasons customers choose PD House and its sister brand AQ Home: a nationwide network of service centers ensuring consistent quality; a focus on the upscale market where buyers have strong purchasing power; and innovative house designs that promote health, safety and multi‑generational living, supported by targeted digital marketing.
Looking ahead to Q4, she said demand for new homes remains strong, especially as flood‑damaged households consider rebuilding in safer locations. PD House will introduce six new single‑story house models under its brand, featuring full functionality for comfortable living and appealing to foreign buyers and those seeking long‑term, safe accommodation. She warned that rising energy prices and construction material costs will need to be monitored, as they could push home prices upward and affect both developers and consumers.
