PM Orders Ministers to Flood-Hit Areas; Health Ministry Distributes Leptospirosis Prevention

At 9:45 a.m. on September 29, 2566, at Government House, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and the Interior Minister gave brief remarks before chairing the cabinet meeting, directing ministers to spread out across flood-affected areas to closely monitor problem-solving efforts. The Prime Minister did not specify whether he would personally visit any sites. Public Health Minister Pattana Prom-Patthana, along with Dr. Pirayuth Sanukhul, director of the Health Promotion Office, distributed leptospirosis prevention medication to cabinet members at the meeting, as many ministers have been wading into flooded areas to help citizens affected by the ongoing disaster.
