Customers can locate a nearby Promise branch, submit their documents, and receive an approval decision within one hour for applications completed before 6 p.m. Applicants must be Thai nationals aged 20–64 with a current employment history of at least one month and a residential or work address in a service area.
Interest rates and fees range from 15–25% annually on a declining-balance basis, complying with Bank of Thailand regulations. Promise emphasizes responsible lending practices, encouraging borrowers to assess their debt repayment capacity before taking on credit.
