On July 4, 2026, the Thai Red Cross Central Administrative Office issued announcement number 2/2026 regarding the search for heirs of Patchara Intharasouk. The 82-year-old had been a supporter of the Red Cross elderly housing program and resided at the Sawang Kan-Niwet building from April 28, 2000 until her death.
Following her passing, the facility discovered that Patchara Intharasouk had left behind assets at the building, including bank account records and gold-like valuables. These items constitute her estate and must be transferred to her heirs under Thai civil and commercial law.
Since the facility has been unable to locate her heirs, the Thai Red Cross is calling on any legal heirs or will beneficiaries to contact the Central Administrative Office at 1873 Rama IV Road, Pathumwan District, Bangkok, via email at nuthaya.maredcross.orth or phone 02-256-4020-21 within 30 days of the announcement, providing documentation to verify their status as heirs.
If no heirs come forward within the specified period, the Red Cross will transfer the assets to the state.
