The King and Queen presented flower vases and cloth bags from the Sports Promotion Project for Thailand's Development under royal patronage to the Thailand national women's volleyball team on September 3, 2026, at 4 p.m. at Mono Stadium in Nonthaburi. General Arunongk Piyanatvachirapat, chair of the project's advisory committee, delegated Air Chief Marshal Prachya Promburom, head of the Rachid Rungruang Piyanatvachirapat Palace Section, to preside over the presentation of flower vases, Molly dolls, health baskets, and cloth bags to the athletes, staff, and administrators of the Thailand Volleyball Association before a royal portrait. The gifts were offered as encouragement following the team's victory in the AVC Women's Volleyball Continental Championship 4th edition and their historic qualification for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics—a first in Thai history. The team's success brought pride to all Thai people and exemplified the country's advancement in sports excellence and professionalism.
