SC Asset showed robust first-half 2025 results with total revenue of 10.268 billion baht, a 33 percent increase, and net profit attributable to majority shareholders jumping 48 percent to 788 million baht, supported by strong condo sales and recurring revenue streams. The company has a backlog exceeding 16 billion baht and plans to launch five new housing and condominium projects worth 28.35 billion baht in the second half of the year.

Atthanon Sritthipanthavat, Chief Corporate Support Officer of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, revealed that first-half 2025 performance (January-June) was satisfactory, with total operating revenue of 10.268 billion baht comprising residential sales revenue of 9.408 billion baht (up 33 percent year-on-year), rental and service income of 525 million baht from hotel and warehouse operations, and consultancy and management fees of 336 million baht (up 24 percent). The company achieved net profit attributable to majority shareholders of 788 million baht, up 48 percent year-on-year.

Second-quarter 2025 showed particularly strong growth, with the company completing the transfer of the newly finished Khabaa Ratchada-Rama 9 condominium project. New recurring revenue businesses in hospitality, warehousing, and project management services also began generating steady income from completed projects. Second-quarter operating revenue reached 7.023 billion baht, up 34 percent year-on-year, while net profit attributable to majority shareholders was 668 million baht, up 59 percent.

SG&A expense ratios improved to 19 percent in the first half and 18 percent in the second quarter, reflecting strong cost management. The company will pay an interim dividend of 0.06 baht per share, with ex-dividend date on August 27, 2025, record date on August 28, 2025, and payment by September 9, 2025.

For the second half of 2025, SC Asset plans to launch five new residential projects worth 28.35 billion baht to meet consumer demand and ensure continued growth. The company is also undertaking brand renovations under the "Live and Learn Home" concept, reflecting how modern families actually live, resulting in eight new housing series with 27 designs, alongside planned investments in new warehouse facilities.
