SC Eyes Strong Q4 Recovery With 19 New Projects Worth 170 Billion Baht
SC Asset Corporation expects a strong recovery in the second half of 2025, launching 19 new projects worth 170 billion baht while clearing existing inventory to boost annual performance.
SC Asset Corporation says the flat-house market has bottomed out in the first half of 2025 and expects Q4 to drive significant performance growth through new project launches and marketing initiatives in the second half of the year. Managing Director Mongkut Techo-anon stated that this will help SC maintain positive and growing overall results compared to the same period last year.
In the second half, SC plans to open 19 new projects valued at approximately 17 billion baht, with eight new home series across 19 locations under the "Live and Learn Home" concept focused on resident-centered design. The company is maintaining its 2025 flat-house presales target at approximately 27 billion baht, with expected transfers of around 16 billion baht.
Meanwhile, SC is accelerating the sale of existing inventory, targeting completion of 19 single-family and townhome projects worth over 25.6 billion baht by year-end. Four projects have already sold out, with 15 others nearing completion. Remaining inventory across these projects totals no more than 1 billion baht, with only 1-2 units left per project, positioning SC well to close sales during the year-end push. The company is driving growth through its "Live and Learn Home" concept, which emphasizes individual-centered residential development based on actual resident needs and experiences.
