She then commented directly on the post, claiming she was initially concerned for the former employee's wellbeing after they left and had offered ongoing support, but now felt equally relieved after seeing the video. Tu challenged the employee to make an "Episode 2" where they could discuss work issues face-to-face and clear up each point, asking others to submit questions about the work practices mentioned in the clip. After Tu's posts, many fans showed support for her and Tu Piyawadee, while the ex-employee set their TikTok account to private.
