Suksamruay Explains Concert Viewing During Parliament Session

Member of Parliament and Prime Minister's Office spokesman Suksamruay Wanthaniyakul opened a tablet to watch an Asni-Wasant concert during deliberations on Education Ministry budget matters under Section 24, with the concert audio audible to media stationed in the observation gallery of the Suriyaan meeting hall. On September 10, Suksamruay clarified that she had been complaining to fellow MP Meng Watchraphong Kuwichitsuwan from Saraburi province about having purchased Asni-Wasant concert tickets but being unable to attend. Meng replied that he also had unused tickets but would try to register for a replay, and offered to show her how. After successfully accessing the stream and noticing performer Nanthida was also on the bill, she lamented to her colleague, "Oh no, Nanthida's performing too—now I'm even more disappointed I missed it," and then closed the stream.
