Thai Airways Board Appoints Samrit as Acting CEO

The Thai Airways board resolved to appoint former PTT executive Samrit Saniang as acting chief executive officer immediately after dismissing Chai Eiamsiri from the role on October 2, 2069. The move came after Finance Ministry Permanent Secretary Luvarn Sangsnit, in his capacity as board chair, convened a board meeting that voted to remove Chai Eiamsiri as CEO effective the same day.
