Sihet Sai-fon, known as "Pro It," General Manager of Robinswood Golf Club within the Reignwood Park project in Pathum Thani province, received the AGIF Rising Star Award from the Asian Golf Industry Federation (AGIF) to honor young talent under 40 who have made outstanding contributions to leadership, management, and golf industry development in Asia through management, innovation, education, sustainability, and community development. Pro It has over 15 years of experience in the golf industry and sports media, with a foundation as a professional golfer before entering media and television production, including work with Golf Channel Thailand. Throughout my career, I have always believed that golf must evolve and adapt to the times. We must create new experiences that connect younger generations, families, and communities with golf more deeply. What makes me proudest is not just receiving the award, but seeing our team grow with confidence, daring to think and decide, and contributing to organizational success. I believe sustainable success comes not from a single leader, but from people who journey together, and this award belongs to everyone who helped build Robinswood."
