Thai Singer Sani Nipaporn Says She Won't Marry, Values Freedom
Thai singer Sani Nipaporn announced she has no intention of marrying, emphasizing her love for freedom and personal happiness. Speaking at a charity bowling event in Bangkok, she described her relationship with Dream Suppakit as a platonic partnership based on mutual independence. She also shared lighthearted remarks about turning 41, joking that she prefers to feel 14 again.
Sani Nipaporn said she is certain she will never marry, explaining that she loves being free and enjoys living life her own way. Speaking at the charity bowling activity, she described her bond with Dream Suppakit as a friendship built on mutual trust, saying they both retain their independence and do not need to own each other.
She mentioned that she recently celebrated her birthday, laughing that she feels 41 years old but prefers to think of herself as 14 again, noting that even her doctor believes her age because he gives her daily injections. She added that the number 41 is not frightening, but rather a good age when she has become calmer and more mature, and feels she must plan how to move forward in life.
When asked about sweet wishes from her boyfriend, she replied that everyone calls her beautiful because of the work done by her doctor, joking that anyone who does not compliment her might get scolded. She said she often playfully hypnotizes her friends, with one friend tagging her as "the beautiful one of the younger crowd," and that she tells everyone, including herself, to look inward and avoid wasting money on chasing women.
Regarding happiness at age 41, she said she feels great because she has already built a foundation and now only desires a comfortable home she likes, with nothing else needed. She noted that this year she has exercised little due to frequent work at nightclubs where she drinks often, so she is trying to take better care of herself; people who look after her offer water and tips, and she responds with a kiss on the cheek, a light ritual she finds cute.
On the topic of marriage, she reiterated she has no desire for a wedding, does not see marriage as a success in life, and feels content being single. She said her partner understands her view, and if not, they would part ways, adding that her family has always given her freedom and she is happy for friends who marry, even though she prefers to stay on her own.
She concluded that a life partner and marriage are not the same; she uses the term "life partner" for a good friend who offers advice, and while she has several such confidants, she does not want the public to scrutinize rumors about who she is dating.
